Course Sessions

Hybrid Course Approach

With the hybrid style of this course, there aren’t any pre-scheduled live sessions to attend via Zoom – rather, your group will have access to all the content needed to move through the course at a pace that works best for you and to schedule meetings together on your own.

There will be a few live touch points with the More than Enough team to serve as check-ins and support for you along the way (see more in Coaching Calls), but the majority of the time you spend on this course is up to you and your group members to arrange.

The course is considered “open” for a 10-week window:

Monday, June 2 - Friday, August 8

This gives your group flexibility in your official start date and with how quickly you want to move through the material. We just ask that you decide as a group on a particular plan and notify Rachel Jackson ([email protected]) so that the MTE team can stay aware.

Each time you meet . . .

There are two key things that you’ll want to do when you’re gathered together:

  • Session Videos: Recorded teaching from Jason Weber to introduce and explain concepts, with a note-taking workbook to help you follow along (approximately 30 minutes per session).
  • Discussion Questions & Group Work: Guided time for your group to process the video content and begin applying it by making decisions about your collaboration’s structures.

We encourage you to watch the Session Videos together if possible so that the content is fresh for your discussions, but if needed to save time, they could also be watched separately, offline before gathering together.

How much time should you schedule for each week that you meet?

You'll want to set aside approximately 1 hour 30 min. for each meeting. Some sessions might not use all of that time and some but might need a little more, but 1 hour 30 min. is a good place to start.
